Bloomreef is designed to hit the ocean side of this crisis directly and simultaneously: pulling carbon out of seawater, restoring the coral reefs that buffer coastlines and support fisheries, and reversing the same ocean chemistry that collapsed the Pacific Northwest oyster industry — while producing food, fertilizer, and protein that fund the next structure. It's not a single silver bullet for global warming. But it may be the closest thing that exists to practical, revenue-generating infrastructure for reversing ocean-side climate damage at scale.
